Terms of Use
Effective 22 August 2026. Applies to Together: Days in Love version 1.0.0 on iOS and Android.
Plain terms for a small app: you buy Premium once, your content stays on your phone, and we cannot lose it because we never had it.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Together: Days in Love ("Together", "the app") is made and published by Ben Basha, an independent developer in Israel ("we", "us"). Installing or using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You must be old enough to hold an Apple or Google account in your country. If you are a minor, use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. What the app is
Together counts the days since a date that matters to you, shows that count in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, finds upcoming milestones, can remind you about them, and can pick a date-night idea for you. It runs entirely on your device and works offline. There is no Together account, no sign-in, and no server that stores your content.
Together is a keepsake, not a system of record. It is not a calendar of legal or medical consequence, and it is not a backup service. Do not rely on it as the only place a date exists.
3. Your content stays on your device
Counter titles, dates, photos you add, notification schedules, and settings are stored on your device only. We never receive them and we cannot read, restore, or recover them.
Practical consequences, and they are absolute:
- If you delete the app, reset the device, or lose it, your counters and photos are gone.
- We cannot restore them for you, because we never had a copy.
- Whether anything survives a device transfer or a platform backup, iCloud or Google, is a matter between you and Apple or Google, not something Together controls or promises.
Keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose.
What does leave the device is limited to anonymous product analytics. Those practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play terms that also apply to your download.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code except where that restriction is void under applicable law; remove or alter attribution, watermarks, or notices; or use the app to break the law or to harass anyone.
The app, its name, its design, its icons, its illustrations, and its date-night card content are ours and stay ours. Nothing here transfers ownership. Your own content stays yours.
5. Together Premium is a one-time purchase
Together is free to download. The free version includes one counter, the gold accent, and the ink widget style in every size.
Together Premium is a single one-time in-app purchase, listed at US$5.99 or the equivalent tier in your local currency, taxes as applied by the store. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing recurs. Premium unlocks unlimited counters, every widget style, photo backgrounds, all eight accents, Face ID lock, and watermark-free share cards.
Payment is taken by Apple or Google through your store account, never by us. We never see your card, your billing address, or your name.
"Lifetime" means for the lifetime of this app on the store account that bought it, which is the longest promise anyone can honestly make about software. It is not a guarantee that the app, any given feature, or the operating systems it depends on will exist forever.
6. Restoring a purchase
Premium is tied to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it. Reinstalling the app or setting up a new device wipes the local record, so use Restore Purchases in Settings to have the store confirm the entitlement again. Restoring requires network access and the same store account. If you buy on a different account, that is a different purchase, and we cannot merge them.
7. Refunds
We cannot issue refunds, because we never receive your payment. All refunds are handled by the store that took it, under its own policy:
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google: request a refund through Google Play or Google Play support.
If a store grants a refund, the Premium entitlement ends. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal or a statutory refund right, that right applies and nothing here limits it.
8. Notifications, milestones, and date ideas
Milestone reminders and any optional daily or weekly notifications are scheduled locally by your device's operating system. Delivery is best effort and outside our control: Focus modes, battery saving, notification permissions, forced quits, time-zone changes, and operating system scheduling limits can all delay or drop a notification. Do not use Together as your only reminder for something that matters.
Date-night cards are lighthearted suggestions written for a general audience. Use judgment. You are responsible for what you decide to do, what it costs, and whether it is safe, legal, and appropriate where you are.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, add, or remove features, and we may stop distributing or supporting the app, at any time. We will not remotely revoke a Premium purchase you have already made. Because the app runs on your device and offline, an installed copy keeps working as long as your operating system keeps running it.
10. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every date calculation, milestone, or notification will be correct in every time zone and calendar edge case.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost photos, missed anniversaries, missed reminders, or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free download is zero and for Premium is the price of that single purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Where that is the case, they apply only to the extent permitted, and your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Apple and Google
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and are not party to any dispute between us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your download is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
13. Termination
The license ends if you stop complying with these terms, or whenever you delete the app. Sections 3, 4 on ownership, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where that law grants it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at together.benbasha.com/terms with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected there before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
16. Contact
